Ember
Ember began its humble journey as Anaheim's newest and hottest night club when club owner Steve Norman decided to build and bring to Orange County a night club that it had never seen before. Steve Norman wanted to bring a Miami style night club that mixed and incorporated the Southern California vibe to bring the best of both worlds in one venue. Ember opened its doors for business for the first time on June 6th, 2008 and has continued with its success. This club has quickly become one of Orange County's, if not Southern California's, hottest night club. Ember has all the potential and promise to become a dominate force in today's club scene and the way things are going for this venue, this may happen sooner than most people think.
Parking
Ember is all about making you feel welcome, that is why ember offers to all clientele valet parking right next to the club. The cost for valet parking $6 per vehicle and with a parking capacity of 250 cars this makes for many patrons. With this being a special event night, parking was at capacity and the lines were long to get valet service. So if you plan on going to Ember for a special event, get there early or you will have to wait to get your car parked.Entrance
Doors are open from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am Thursday through Saturday for customers wanting to access the café and 10:00 pm to 2:00 am for all night club entertainment. A host of security guards will greet you at the door asking for proper age identification and checking for proper dress attire. If one is not at least 21 years of age you will not be allowed to enter Club Ember. In addition, Ember has a strict dress code policy that is strongly enforced, no exceptions. The dress code policy at Ember is upscale casual. Cover charge ranges from $10 to $20 dollars depending on the night or event. However, Ember does offer a guest list that can waive this fee or minimize it. For more info on the guest list procedure, check out Ember's website. The Venue
Once inside this superb 6,000 sq ft venue, patrons will quickly notice the chic and magnificent design of the Ember Café and Music Club. Styled and draped in a décor of mid-century modern and Hollywood glam, Ember has the perfect array of lighting and adornment that sets off a vibrant and intimate feel throughout the site. In addition to its amazing style and décor, Ember's two level structural designs help it become one of the more versatile venues. The main floor for example is equipped with a grand 500 sq ft dance floor, two fully stock bars, massive HD LCD TV's and a collection of beautiful VIP lounges. This floor is perfect for anyone who truly likes the southern California club vibe. The upper level at Ember on the other hand is a bit different. This room is a bit smaller that the main floor but it is still a perfect area to hang out with friends. This room is equipped with a fully stock bar, a smaller dance floor, two 50 inch HD LCD TV's and a number of VIP areas. This level is perfect if you're the type of person that wants more of that personal intimate connection with people. Whichever floor you decide to spend your night, you're guaranteed a great time.Music
Music at Ember was outstanding! Everyone was deeply hypnotized by the mix of both DJ Alex Dreamz of KISS FM and DJ Jonny G. Each DJ controlled their crowd by using their own personal selection of music and mixes. DJ Alex Dreamz rose the dead and had everyone jumping for this special Halloween bash by playing and mixing the best in today's top hits and most popular flash backs. DJ Jonny G continued the dead resurrection excitement by contributing a hot and seductive mix of Latin music mixed with hip hop and R&B. Each DJ did their own thing and neither led up as they mixed the night away with the crowd begging for more and more.
VIP and Bottle Service
Bottle service and VIP treatment isn't a request, it's a way of life. Ember is the venue of choice if one wants to be pampered with the best of VIP treatment. With over 22 different VIP lounges and a vast multitude of bottles to select from, Ember can accommodate any patron's selective style and taste. Bottle service includes a VIP lounge, a waitress and an entrance fee waiver for you and four of your guests. This service begins at a price of $250 per bottle. The most expensive bottle is Remy XO Fine Champagne Cognac, which has a price of $575 per bottle and the club's most requested bottle is Grey Goose Vodka.As mentioned before, Ember has a plethora of VIP lounges throughout the entire club that are sure to please anybody looking for a personal space to enjoy with friends. Each VIP section is designed and styled with a unique décor that encourages a different vibe and feel. For example, the VIP sections that are located against the main floor's wall surrounding the dance floor are designed with radiant multi colored lighting, soft delight full couches and wooden tables and have easy access to the dance floor. This section is perfect for all club goers who really want to be next to the action and want to feel energy of excitement all night long. The next VIP section on the main floor is located by the far back wall of the club, right next to the DJ stage, this section is designed with dim lighting, smooth seating and a close intimate feel. This area is the section of choice if one truly wants to feel the music and get close with one's date or guest. The next two VIP sections located on the main floor have more of a private and secluded feel. The Grand Room VIP section, which is located in front of the main floor is decorated in beautiful white décor and gorgeous white furnishing, and is covered with a white over top that covers ¾ of this vibrant VIP section. This lounging area is truly the space to choose if one wants to have a feeling of personal space and or intimate privacy. If you plan to come with a large group of guests and are looking to have a party within a party, there is only one room that can accommodate all this and that is the Owner's VIP room. This section is designed with dark dim lighting; relaxed seating, its own personal video entertainment system and a large amount of space for one to dance and drink. This is the area to be for all those who truly want that major VIP
feeling and want that constant flow of excitement and for your guest to go crazy in your entanglement of fun and mischief.
The VIP areas don't stop on the main floor. If one walks up the stairs to the second level, one will find even more exceptional VIP areas to choose from. The VIP sections on the second level are styled with black plush couches, nicely designed tables, access to an outside patio, a dance floor and two 50 inch HD LCD TVs to enjoy while one drinks or eats. These are just right for those who want the feel of VIP treatment but without the club feeling. What ever your taste or style is, Ember is sure to accommodate your preference of VIP needs
Restaurant
On top of being one of Orange County's most popular night clubs, Ember Cafe and Music Club is also one of Orange County's newest and upcoming restaurants.
